MEET THE TEAM

Chris was born and raised in Middlesbrough.

​

He obtained his Law Degree from the University of Teesside in 2011 and went on to complete his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York.

 

He commenced his legal career at a Billingham based firm and went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2014. 

​

In 2022, together with his colleagues Emma and Rachel, Chris decided to embark on a new venture and HNW LAW was born.

​

With his sound knowledge of conveyancing matters, Chris heads up the firm's conveyancing department.

Emma hails from County Durham but having studied and worked her entire legal career in Teesside, she is proud to say Teesside is like a second home to her. 

​

Emma obtained her Law Degree from the University of Teesside and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the University of Northumbria. She commenced her legal career at a firm in Billingham, Stockton on Tees in 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in 2011. 

​

Emma has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law, conveyancing and private client matters and also advises upon employment settlement agreements.

Rachel lives in Thirsk, North Yorkshire but has worked in Teesside for almost 20 years. 

 

She started her legal career as an office junior in a North Yorkshire based Solicitors Practice in 1996. In 2003 she moved to Williamson Hill Solicitors and worked between their offices in Middlesbrough and Billingham, Stockton on Tees as a Wills & Probate executive.  From 2005 onwards she combined work with her CILEx studies and successfully qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2008. She has served the Billingham community and surrounding areas for over 20 years.

Rachel is Head of the firm's Wills and Probate department and can advise on an extensive range of private client matters as well as property matters.
